Sophie started playing soccer two weeks ago..GO DOLPHINS!!!! In true form, these two girls were more interested in looking at each others shoes then kicking around the soccer the ball......girls will be girls..

Celebrating Sophie turning 4

After MONTHS of daily discussions of Sophie's 4th birthday party...it finally came! What a great party it turned out to be with friends and family!

Four happened too fast.....

The night before Sophie's birthday, we snuck into her room and covered the floor with balloons. We were awoken (via the monitor)very early to awe and laughter! "Holy cow, this is wonderful", "the balloons are so beautiful", "who did this"?

I love how Sophie's preschool takes the summer months and turns them into a camp like experience with different themed weeks.

This past week was Hawaii week. Sophie was so excited to dress in her skirt and coconuts.

Ed and I watched our nieces for the day a few weeks ago. Two 3.5 year olds and two 1.5 year olds = a very busy and fun day! These girls had so much fun together. Quadruple trouble

A Sunday morning......

We took a Sunday morning and headed up to Trump National Golf Course in Palos Verdes. The course has beautiful grounds and a few trails and is right on a cliff overlooking the beautiful ocean. What a perfect way to spend a morning together....
